Executive Team - Russ Pfeiffer, Senior Director
Russ Pfeiffer, Senior Director, is an instrumental player at Avidiant Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Pfeiffer possesses a high degree of financial consulting and restructuring background, with a combined knowledge of implementation and testing of financial controls and procedures. Mr. Pfeiffer’s skills include the valuation of public and private entities, divisional valuations and significant experience designing and implementing FP&A procedures and reports.
Prior to joining the team at Avidiant Consulting Group, LLC, Mr. Pfeiffer began his career in Investment Banking in Dallas, Texas with a brief stint with an affiliate IB in Barcelona, Spain. During his time in investment banking, Mr. Pfeiffer was able to structure several large secondary offerings, as well as structuring numerous private placements with hedge funds. Mr. Pfeiffer’s concentration was on NASDAQ national market and small cap, as well as OTC and OTCBB listed entities. After several years in investment banking, Mr. Pfeiffer started an insurance consulting firm concentrating on providing financial consulting to predominantly property and casualty insurance companies and third party administrators. Eventually, Mr. Pfeiffer structured the sale of his client base to CGI, a 4 Billion dollar a year multinational IT consulting company based in Montreal, Quebec. Mr. Pfeiffer remained with CGI on a consulting basis for several years assisting with the valuations of other mergers and acquisitions, as well as auditing CGI’s internal controls and procedures. From CGI, he transitioned to the transportation and manufacturing sector providing financial oversight over 4 large regional distributions centers and over 20 local distribution centers across the western portion of the United States. Mr. Pfeiffer gained significant experience with the application Six Sigma and LEAN by re-engineering processes and procedures to reduce cycle time and waste.
As a Dallas native, Mr. Pfeiffer attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. Mr. Pfeiffer received a bachelor in Finance and Economics as well as an MBA Finance from Texas Tech University.
