At Avidiant our turnaround and restructuring consultants perform a process that involves an informal workout with creditors, and is also likely to include a detailed appraisal of the company's trading operation and the implementation of a program to ensure the company survives and returns to profitability. Working directly with company management, Avidiant will perform the following:

- Identify areas for restructuring and develop a program for the implementation of changes required
